This page explains what happens when you leave your email address on the getoff.ai waitlist. It is short on purpose: we collect one thing, for one reason.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Ban Enterprises Sp. z o.o., NIP 7011266314 ("we", "us"). Contact us atluk@lukxban.com for any question about this policy or your data.
What we collect
Only the email address you submit on the waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, company, or anything else.
Why we collect it
First, to send a confirmation email. We only add your address to our waitlist after you click its confirmation link. After confirmation, we use it to send you a single email once your Get OFF. desk is ready, around December. We do not use your email for anything beyond that: no newsletters, no unrelated product updates, no selling or renting your data to anyone.
Who processes it
Resend processes your email address to send the confirmation email. We do not store your address in our waitlist before you click the confirmation link. Once you confirm, we store the address inKit (operated by ConvertKit, LLC, USA), our waitlist provider. Resend and Kit process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies:Resend andKit. Because these providers are based in the United States, your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area; they provide contractual safeguards for that transfer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. The fastest way is to unsubscribe directly from any email we send you. You can also emailluk@lukxban.com and we will remove your address from Kit. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you stay on the waitlist, and delete it on request or once the waitlist itself is retired.
